I'd like to first start with the fact that we've worked with a particular contractor for this company for a couple of years and never encountered any issues with him or his team. I'd like to first start with the fact that we've worked with a particular contractor for this company for a couple of years and never encountered any issues with him or his team. Actually began developing a good working relationship with him and he assisted with many small things around my house with the utmost professionalism and quality of work. So we decided to allow him to design and rebuild our deteriorating backyard fence. Not only was this a big mistake but this fence project has soured our relationship and completely altered my perspective on trust regarding contractors in the future. Simply put, we asked him to build a fence at the same height of the existing fence and to be placed in the same location. He managed to convince us to go with a higher quality build of cedar and to add a top cap that would really tie everything together and look really nice. The first mistake came with not listening to us requesting that the crossbar support be on the inside of the yard. Simple fix and decided to go with a crossbar support being on both sides for additional support. Fine, whatever. The next mistake came with one side not reading the slope of our yard and the top of the fence (not the posts) not meeting our 6' request. This led to the fence looking not only shorter but the cross arms were not aligned with each other as we called out their mistake not only from us but our adjoining neighbor. So we had them completely replace it, and of course, we had to cover some of the cost to rectify "their mistake". This caused a snowball of mistakes that we had to constantly address (list provided): 1. Another side of the fence experienced the same slope problems with w/cross bars not aligning and height issues, which led to them replacing it (again with the same cost additions to cover their mistakes). This was after we addressed the same issues with the previous side, figuring they learned from that mistake. This was not the case. 2. Constantly had to address that the gates were not matching and leaning. Even after addressing these mistakes, we had to have another contractor fix one of the gates further as one of the posts was not fully concreted into the ground which was causing the gate to lean further into our back alley. 3. Requested them to demo our old deck which was not completely performed as a separate backyard contractor located concrete caisson's still buried deep in the ground which they had to remove, thus increasing our cost to further demo the deck originally tasked to All Angles Covered. I could go on but all the other issues were addressed and fixed but they were common sense items that had to be sorted by myself and my wife (who have no fence-building experience) and I believe this review conveys the point. We overpaid for a fence that is nowhere near the quality that we should have received. What we paid should have given us a way higher quality fence with additional professionalism. The stress of dealing with this contractor and the constant fact that he tried to justify his mistakes ensured that our working relationship was over. This is sad in truth because we really did enjoy working with this contractor previously. This review isn't primarily directed at All Angles Covered as a whole but at this contractor directly. We did enjoy working with some of the crew, as even though they were aware of the mistakes made and willing the make amends but still the damage was made and the "customer" had to pay for these mistakes. Yes, we technically went with a"roofing" company to replace our fence but we also went with the fact that we trusted this "All Angles Covered" employed contractor to deliver a high-quality fence for what we paid and now left with a subpar fence that still has remaining problems we're addressing. We paid them to be done with them but will never be working with this individual, (initials KB) or this company again.

Ryan and the team at All Angles Covered did a great job repairing my roof, but went above and beyond to patch a problem I had on short notice, even going so far as to get it done on a weekend. I had initially hired them to repair a small area of an old roof, but I didn't expect them to stand behind it so thoroughly when months later we started seeing signs of a leak in the same area. It impressed me so much that when I decided to redo the whole roof, there really wasn't anyone else to call. Prompt, professional, fairly priced. (sorry it took me so long to write my review!!)
