Just got yelled at when I tried to order supplies because the representative refused to tell me how much I'd be charged unless I "booked the order." This company is incompetent and unprofessional.
I am disappointed with the treatment you receive when calling to order supplies. The ladies are irritable, defensive, rude and interrupt you constantly. I ordered pulse ox probes for my child 2.5 months ago and call every few weeks for an update. I am always kind and helpful in any way I can. Calling the other provider that they're waiting for paperwork from or any other way I can help to expedite the process. They sound annoyed with me for calling and checking on the status of her pulse ox probes. They don't care about helping you get the equipment you need. In fact, they sound like they could care less. You would think that working in an area where people are vulnerable and their health is at risk, would draw in people with kindness and a big heart, unfortunately I haven't had any positive experiences here.
Worse than not good. The home store in Longmont was fine, but the customer service on the phone is about as atrocious as it gets. Foreign-speaking person, who has no problem trying to argue and talk over you as you try to explain you've already returned product (not even opened box) that you didn't realize you'd get charged for because you haven't met your deductible yet. So, I return the goods and they still have my money. The cat and mouse game with customer service on the phone has me looking to find a new medical supply company. Please address this shortcoming. I see plenty of other complaints about the call-in customer service too.
