We had a great experience getting our ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Our technician, John, was very friendly and communicative. He let us know when he was on his way, gave us progress updates throughout his work, and was very courteous and conscientious of the work calls I had to take while he was at our home. Thank you, John! Next time we need a cleaning we'll be calling AirDuct Specialists again.
