If you're looking for a hard-working, on time person, John Williams is not him. He won't follow instructions. He's never on time, sloppy painter, and a thief. He will add expenses to your bill. If you refuse to pay him, he will threaten to put a lean on your home. Buyer beware!

I was not happy with John's work. He painted the interior of a condo for me and did a sloppy, unprofessional job. The biggest problem was paint being dripped on the carpet, along all of the baseboards throughout the unit, and even some noticeable smears around the rooms in random places. This was after I specifically told him that I did not want him to get ANY paint on the nice, almost like new, carpet, and he reassured me that would not happen. I counted at least 50 individual spots and drops, in addition to several smaller specks, and there were also places he even failed to paint, like the space below the slotted vents on a door, or the lower part of a wall behind a closet door. The kitchen and bathroom were painted entirely in one color, rather than a different color on any trim, like the rest of the condo. Paint was smeared on alot of the doorknobs too, and the kitchen sink was left a mess, with dried paint flecks all over it. When I called him, he would not return my call and blocked my phone number. He had wanted one-half of the price up front (which I didn't like either, but hesitantly agreed to), and then he was so incompetent, or devious, as to charge my credit card twice on his portable card reader, claiming "it didn't go through the first time". It had gone through, in fact, so I had paid for the whole job, without my consent, before he even started it. I think he intentionally leaves off his business address, which I realized later, on the contract/invoice he gives you, so he cannot be located for legal purposes. However, I did write down the license plate number of his vehicle, (as a smart consumer), and intend to sue him by tracking him down that way, if he does not contact me to issue me a 50% refund. I have photos available upon request. I am so disappointed and furious that people like him think they can conduct business this way and get away with it. It will be my mission to see that this does not happen to any other potential customers.

John and team did a fantastic job with the exterior of my house! Night and day. Best in class quality of work, competitive pricing, exceptional service. John is truly an expert in what he does and is always on the customers best interest. Not about the money, it's about the quality of their work and protecting your largest $$$ investment. Highly recommended! My house is the best looking house in the entire block now! Book them now before they get full for the summer!!!
