Of all the carpet cleaning companies we received follow-up from on our outreach, A1 Red Carpet was the ONLY company who was willing to come out and take a look at the job and provide us with an estimate without having to commit to the work. James was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and thorough in running down everything that the job would entail. We needed to get some pet stains out of carpet that wouldn't come out with the over the counter rug doctor solution that we used. James and his team were able to get us on their schedule quickly. Levi was great. He showed up on time, charged what he said he would, was very professional and friendly, on top of doing a great job. He did a repair of a patch of carpet my dog decided to dig up to try to get out of the bedroom with the door shut one time. It only took about an hour and all went very smoothly. You could barely tell that patch had even been replaced. I would highly recommend him/A1 again!

Called late Sunday afternoon because of a litter spill on the stairs. The guy who picked up told me all their cleaners were busy, but ended up coming himself within an hour because he could sense the urgency of the situation. Super helpful, super kind, and did great work cleaning and getting the scent out of the carpet
