Great customer service. I got new carpet a while back. A seam was coming undone and they came and fixed it for free. The workers are quick and efficient. Carpet good value and quality.

We needed carpet pretty quickly, and they had a decent selection to choose from in house. Because we picked something they already had in stock, they gave us a good deal and were able to have an installer come the same week. The installer did a good job from what we can tell and was courteous. They are subcontractors and don't work for the company. Very happy with the overall service and will definitely consider them for a bigger job next year.Service: Carpet installation

I first went to a big box store...and found myself overwhelmed by choices! I walked into Guthrie's, was greeted as I walked in. I informed staff what I was looking for and he took me to 4 different options based on what I was asking. It is easier to decide from 4 as opposed to walking aimlessly in a big box store. Picked out carpet, scheduled install...And the process was easy, installer was super professional and did a great job. And the carpet looks awesome! Super happy with all the decisions made!
