He knew what the problem was after my husband told him what our toilet was doing. Didn’t hurt that he had been here with previous tenants . John has truly been my life savor! I purchased a home in Delta in the spring and there has been plumbing issues throughout the house and outside. He’s knowledgeable, very experienced, will give it to you straight without charging you through the nose. No trip charges, or any other BS fees the other guys charge, and believe me I’ve had some of those people over before I was referred to John! He’s a friendly, hardworking person who really cares.
