I brought my girlfriend here to try out sunglasses. Natalie was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we felt no pressure at all and tried out LOTS of different glasses throughout the store. She was very thoughtful, helpful, and had great recommendations. This girl really knows her stuff! Will definitely return!
Great & unexpected experience! I stopped in while visiting for a conference in late September- I had just broken my sunglasses and needed a quick replacement. When I came in, I was greeted by a gal named Mary (who said she was pretty new to town & the shop). As I wandered around, she offered pleasant and friendly suggestions and advise based on her own experiences with various brands.
Later on that week, I saw Mary working for the Mt CB resorts- busting out a hard working moment -serving 400 tourism industry professionals while keeping a smile on her face and enthusiasm radiating.

Great service, advice & help selecting good pair of sunnies for MIL. Prices seemed comparable to others & selection was good. What stood out was the kindness and patience shown towards my nearly deaf 93 year MIL. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience!
