I was significantly overcharged from this company. I was charged almost $300 for the delivery of my 6 ft $99 Christmas tree. They claimed it took 2 people, almost 2 hours to deliver my tree from their location to my condo on Gothic Rd. It takes me 15 min to drive from their location to my condo. It takes me (one person) 15 minutes to unload the tree from my car and put it in a stand. I’ve used this company for 3 years now and this is the first time I was charged for the delivery of my tree, so I was extremely caught off guard. I tried talking with them regarding the charges, and the staff felt it was totally appropriate.
