Alex was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish (and beyond). As a first time home buyer, it's no underestimation to say I had a million questions throughout our process, she answered them all with patience, guidance and humor when needed. If there was an answer she didn't know (due to the specific nature of a property) she would do research and get answers FAST. She is well known in the Gunnison Valley and has seemingly endless connections with inspectors, contractors, lenders, insurance agents and so on; her depth of knowledge in the real estate world is second to none.
The part I enjoyed most about working with Alex was her level of true care. She often started our conversations by asking me how I was feeling, then she listened. That may sound simple, but knowing she had my back and best interest at heart immensely helped soothe some of my "what if's" and uncertainties. She has continued to be an amazing resource for my questions even though I closed on my house months ago!
After reading some of her other reviews and seeing that EVERYONE has commented on how efficient, personable and organized she is, I continue to wonder...Alex- how do you do it all?!?

I was visiting the area and my 80lb golden began having diarrhea, then vomiting for over 24 hrs. I’m a very experienced dog owner and none of my usual “tricks” were working. They squeezed us in, same day and the staff I interacted with (Alin and Dr Julie) were extremely compassionate and very thorough. Every test, treatment and recommended solution made good sense and worked!! I appreciate the great care!

Danica was the best! My fiancee and I were interested in a couples shoot. Danica knew the best locations for pictures around Mount Crested Butte, and the pictures turned out excellently. Great at guiding us, but letting us act naturally. She even picked us up free of charge. Five stars!
I’ve been in the valley a few years now and was struggling to find someone to give me a good haircut. One day my husband informed me Courtney cuts women’s hair, and I have never looked back. Truly the best haircut(s) I’ve ever had, and a convenient location to boot. I’m so glad Courtney was hired on and I can crash the barber shop to get an exceptional cut!
Theses guys are the best! 10/10 will hire again. They've met all of our requests in a timely manner and they use corner guards and foam blocks to protect your space while cleaning! I joined CB South Fitness for a 10 sessions while I was staying in Mt CB for a few months. It was very enjoyable. Kristen provided me with a great overview and made me feel very welcome. The equipment was more than adequate and it was clean and in great working condition. The gym is well organized and expectations for self administered work outs were very clear. My questions were answered very quickly as well. Probably what I enjoyed the most was meeting some of the other members. They were kind and very respectful of the gym and others including me :).

I came in for a massage not being able to move my neck and in severe pain. Jen was wonderful. She helped me so much and I left with 90% more mobility than I had went I first arrived. I will absolutely be returning and can’t say enough positive things about my experience.
We frequent crested butte a LOT with our pups and usually we just take them on our adventures with us or leave them in the car (for winter and cool weather. They’re husky mixes they love it pls don’t come at me) but recently we’ve gotten super into mountain biking which isn’t the most dog friendly activity and found pet au pairs! They were great! Our pups came back so tired and ready to sleep and chill at our camp site. Our bigger pup yeti was able to get his nails clipped which was awesome! Most places you have to do a trial run but pet au pairs as long as your dogs are friendly and up to date on vaccines they will take them!!! They also do adventure off leash walks which we debated doing as well but definitely will try the next time we’re in town! We enjoyed it so much we booked the next day last minute. Our pups were SO excited to return the next day. 10/10 recommend.

After a terrifying flat tire experience, I went to altitude auto and tire while camping in crested butte. I was worried that I destroyed my tire or put the donut on wrong and scared that I would be able to get home. Within minutes a nice man assessed, fixed and changed my tire for $59 despite a very busy day at the shop. I can't thank this place enough!
Was passing through town when my check engine light came on. Someone at this shop immediately hooked up a device to check the error when I pulled in and found it was only an issue with a catalytic converter sensor and I was able to continue my cross country road trip. Also topped up the air in all my tires and found my tire leak issue was a faulty valve stem. No charge for either service. Thank you Crested Butte Auto Repair!
stayed in one of their mountainside residences. Everything we needed was in a tidy, well-equipped apartment. They were incredibly kind and even made the extra effort to obtain us more humidifiers for the rooms. We had an amazing visit and would definitely make another reservation.
