These guys showed up on a Saturday, did what they could, (unfortunately we have a bigger problem than a plugged pipe). They marked the outside where the problem was for us. Then, when we got the charge today, they cut us a huge discount, I guess out of sympathy. Very much appreciated!
We had been having some issues with our septic that started back in June of this year. we had bought and closed on the house at the end of 2023. Prior to the purchase we had the septic pumped and inspected. We had contacted the original installer and after a week of calling and leaving messages I finally got a response and sent them some photo's and asked to be put on their schedule and heard nothing back from them. When our alarm went off again I took photo's of the lift tank and sent them these pictures and asked them to please schedule us so we can find out what the problem was. My septic alarm quit working and they came out on Labor Day to help me. They were able to pinpoint a bad GFCI but checked the entire system to make sure everything worked when we plugged it in direct. I highly recommend On A Budget Rooter for all your septic needs.
