The staff, including veterinarians like Dr. Berry, Dr. Brock, Dr. Da Re, and Dr. Wille, are friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They take the time to explain complex issues and offer personalized solutions. The clinic's busy atmosphere is well-managed by the techs and staff. While costs may arise, the veterinarians' genuine care for animals drives their work, and they deserve appreciation for their demanding job.
We had an excellent experience here! It took a few months before they could accept my dog as a client, but the wait was absolutely worth it. If you’re not already established, I recommend calling well in advance to secure a spot. There are vets in Dolores and Mancos as well, but they also tend to have waitlists.
These guys are the best. They have vets on call and are really great and smart vets. We do regular maintenance on two dogs and three cats. We have also had emergencies and they were really there for us. I can't recommend them enough. If they have an opening for your pet take it.
Similar to other reviews, we took our dog here for an urgent matter where she had been limping. I can understand if they didn't have availability, but there did seem to be any concern or care for us. Just very dismissive and standoffish.
