Nail By Susan offers a cozy atmosphere and well-done nails. While some clients have experienced delays and varying levels of service, many appreciate the friendly and hard-working owner, who provides excellent nail care at reasonable prices.

I waited a good half hour after my appointment time! Which was ok! Bad experience with the attitude the woman had and I seemed to be bothering her when I asked her a question as she was watching something on her phone with earbuds in! Pedicure was fast and not relaxing! But my mom loved her so that was good and she wants to go back and we will see how second visit goes!
I've never had a professional flood my cuticle before. My nails were sloppy. They had junk in the clear acrylic and lots of bubbles. She doesn't know any up to date techniques or trends either. She's not pleasant either. I felt very unwelcome.
