Amazing healing creams! I never had one that worked so well and for so long. I am so glad I discovered them in the Denver airport passing through for a connecting flight. It was meant to be. Thank you!
I love this class. The way Carrie walks through the reasons for restorative yoga makes so much sense. We're always rushing around pushing our emotions aside locking them up inside of us. When I'm done with this class, I always feel lighter and more relaxed. I've noticed I "carry" the calming lessons with me throughout the day too. That's a huge BONUS! I highly recommend this class to everyone.And, I am so happy to help Peaceworks help women and families!
