Dusty has been my insurance agent for many years. I have been very pleased with the service she provides. She is very responsive to my questions and is always willing to help with renewals and the claims I have had over the past few years. I trust that she makes sure that I have been adequately insured, neither over insured or under insured. She has fully explained my coverages as well as helped me understand my coverage levels. I have been so pleased that I have recommended her over the years to my friends and family and they have also been very happy with her service.

Recently I worked with Dusty Harrington and Khristin Paisley at Farmer's Insurance when my insurance company dropped my home policy. These two women were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative, plus they were able to find a homeowner’s policy when I was very concerned that my home in Evergreen was no longer insurable. Dusty and Khristin not only took the time to explain things well, but gave me invaluable, sound advice. I highly recommend them.

Dusty is my agent and she was very helpful in working with me to sort out setting up insurance for my condo that I now need to rent out and set up renters insurance for the apartment I will be moving to for work. She is very friendly and is great to work with. Whenever there is an issue she contacts me before it becomes a problem.
