Honestly this is hands down the best customer service I could've asked for. Had an emergency late at night called them right away and answered in a heartbeat. They asked about my concerns and said they were booked out for the night (totally understandable since it was at 9pm) they got me in early in the morning! Got a message saying Mike was on his way. Big shout out to Mike!!!! He had awesome customer service and knew his job to the T. He walked me through the procedure diagnostic and pricing and fixed it all in the same visit!!!! Alex arrived on time and patiently and clearly answered my many questions as he did a thorough check-up of our old AC unit. I opted for a cleaning which turned out to be a very good idea even though it rained most of the time.
Such a great company to work with, from leadership, to scheduling, and the team that comes to your home. Mark was great to work with, listened to the challenges we had at our home. David and Jacob came to our home and were super professional. What an awesome team you have!
