I had Ultimate replace my furnace and A/C.Their quote was $2,000 cheaper than the other company that came out! Their work was phenomenal, they were professional, I'm super happy and would highly recommend them!!!
Technician Ross let me know when he was on his way and arrived well inside the window I was told he would. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace and its operation and ran a test of the system, but of course, it didn't do what it had been doing for us. He told me what to check if it happens again and to call them when it does and he'll come back. He wore shoe booties in the house and was very personable and professional. I will definitely call Ultimate Heating again when I need them.
