We met with her several times and she was always kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the very complicated process of breastfeeding to me (first time mom), answered all of my questions, and offered practical, effective solutions tailored to my needs. Her guidance not only helped me improve my breastfeeding technique but also boosted my confidence as a new mom. Additionally, she did some cranial sacral therapy with our baby to help improve his latch, and it helped so much! I spoke to the owners and explained in detail everything that went wrong during our service. Both owners were open to our feedback and deeply apologetic.
