Update: Went back and glad I did. I really like this shop and today was the experience I normally have there. Professional, kind, comfortable and nails are BEAUTIFUL. Thank you Cindy, I loved my nails, and thank you for the experience today. It was relaxing and just what I needed in preparation for my interview.
Previous review: Rushed, chipped, and uneven. Will try again another day but likely only go to Vincent next time around. Been going for a few months. I have gone here for a few years for pedicures in the spring and summer months and last Saturday I was quite disappointed in the level and quality of service. The environment was in a completely rushed mode. The man seating people was zipping here and there and I was quickly placed in a chair with a luke warm foot soak, no jet movement, and after no more then putting my feet in water the older male returned and took my feet out of water and did foot/leg massage which was extremely rushed and rough—not soothing at all and was less than 5 minutes. Went in with my daughter she was worked on first nail technician who worked with her was very rushed and rude. I sat on the opposite side of the room with another tech. Mine did a great job but had I known that my daughter had that experience I wouldn’t have allowed that and I wouldn’t have tipped the tech who worked with her.
