MAI has been to our house several times, without any problems. Yesterday the plumber showed up on time, crawled into our crawl space, quickly found the problem, a burst pipe to the hose bib. He zipped out to get a new connector, returned quickly and fixed it. He also explained how to prevent the problem from happening again.
