“I worked with Vacant Interiors around the Christmas holidays to get a quote on a smallish bathroom remodel for a 1 BR condo. Of the 6 or so companies I contacted, they had the best communication. I both spoke with one of their estimators on the phone, then later met him at the property. We spoke at length about the remodel I had planned and he answered a ton of questions. I never felt like I was being upsold. The estimator even said he didn't think the bathroom was is that bad of a condition and suggested it might be repairable instead

I received a quote/estimate a few days later and it was both comprehensive and priced competitively (2nd lowest of the quotes I received). I ended up electing to have the tub/shower refinished and some other areas repaired, but had I decided to complete the remodel, Vacant Interiors would have been my top choice.“

“I reached out to Philip in the morning, heard back from him promptly early afternoon. I had a few kitchen shelves with poor design that were falling down under the weight of pots and pans. I also had 3 hanging shelves I needed installed in my second bedroom for a remodel. Philip came in and finished everything in an hour. “We had Alan and Armando expand our closet and overall it was a great experience. They came in and even though we weren't the most organized were able to come up with a quote. We made some adhoc decisions in the build and made some weird requests (no new floor, leave off the molding, no paint, etc...) and they really handled it all in a very professional manner. End of the day the new drywall was pristine and the install was done exactly as we wanted. Now we have the master bedroom closet we always wanted! Thank you so much! “Exceptional work from NRWillis Construction. I had a tough interior door project and I needed help from professionals. I am so thankful that I found NRWillis. Will was very responsive and it was easy to communicate with him via text. He came over to my home, reviewed the scope of the project, and gave me a fair estimate.

They arrived promptly on the day we agreed upon for the project to begin. This project was not easy. I had doors falling of the hinges, mismatched hinges, some doors with two hinges and some with three, several doors would not latch due to hinges being attached to the door without the hinge recess having been routed out. They addressed every single one of my concerns with the doors. Made repairs where needs, made cut aways for the hinges to be inset with the door. Modified the doors where needed to ensure the best fit in the frame.

I couldn't be happier with the results of this tricky door project and my decision to hire NRWillis Construction.“
