Dr. Saunders and his staff are the best of the best:He is exceptionally knowledgeable, caring, honest, kind, fun, informative, empathetic, and patient with me in making treatment decisions. He always consults with me about concerns and then gives me the info I need to make an informed decision (e.g., telling me the pricing/costs for different options, explaining treatment pros and cons and the associated risks and/or benefits, and providing me his professional recommendation with insight into why he thinks a particular course of action is the best option). My family has just recently switch to Dr. Saunders office due to poor customer service and doctor patient relations at our previous dentist office. I have to say the customer service, billing and doctor patient relationship is excellent. Our experience has been great.
