We just had one of the Senior Technician (Oscar) come and check our air conditioner because it was not working. Although we had to endure several cancellations due to sick technicians and being short on staff, Oscar was timely, friendly, and educational during his visit. Since I like to learn and observe from all repair people that enter my house, he was very approachable and took his time explaining and showing me what he was inspecting and why. As an added bonus, when he realized that the problem was going to be a quick and simple fix, he corrected it and waived the "travel/assessment" charge as an apology for the several canceled appointments that took place... read full review

Have been waiting two weeks for them to set follow up appointment for a leaky pipe in my boiler system. Heard today from my warranty company that they never received the quote back from Staley to do the repair. I had left three messages with this group and have received no calls back. Unbelievable. Todd
