2023 project (5 stars): We hired ARS to finish our basement in Denver, adding a master suite with full bathroom, electric fireplace insert, and sump pumps for plumbing and stormwater intrusion mitigation. I got a fair price and the work was completed quickly. Had only 2 minor warranty issues that were addressed and resolved immediately. Will solicit ARS for future projects; have recommended to neighbors and friends.

After obtaining multiple quotes and also reviewing multiple contract types with other contractors, we decided to go with ARS to finish a bedroom and bathroom in our basement. James at ARS was flexible with certain contract terms and conditions within the contract. Our original timeline to complete the project was between 7-9 weeks. James's team at ARS worked hard to complete our project in time. The project was completed within 8 weeks. They coordinated inspections seamlessly and passed all inspections. We moved into our new home in mid-May and were immediately hit with a nightmare. A hidden leak from the removed washer and dryer had wrecked our upstairs laundry room and caused serious water damage to the kitchen ceiling, drywall, and even the master bedroom trim. Mold had started to grow. The washer box was old, misbuilt, and wasn’t draining properly. We needed full restoration: drywall repair, ceiling work, mold remediation, trim replacement, and a full paint job. The first contractor quoted us a price that was insane. Then we found James at ARS.
