SO IMPRESSED- I’ve used multiple different companies in the past 8 years of owning my home, Zerorez is by far THE BEST. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and proficient with his work. He truly understands the products and carpet and how to get out each different type of stain. The price was very fair and a small fraction of what I’ve paid to other companies in the past. Easy scheduling, fair pricing, professional courteous technician, and efficient performance. What else could you ask for? Our carpet looks great, I didn’t feel any pressure to add treatments, everything was performed as expected and to my satisfaction. All our high traffic areas look new again and he got stains up we didn’t think was possible! Will definitely use again.
