“Had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. We had Jacob come out to take a look at why our kitchen was clogged. He took his time during the appointment to make sure he wasn’t do anything unnecessary. He couldn’t get a complete grasp of what was wrong without getting into our wall. He came the next day and spent the whole day making sure we were taken care of. We live in an older home with a slab so a lot of the process was restricting for them. Even still, they worked through the day and answered our questions professionally.“
