John was fantastic! We have an old boiler and it’s hard to find companies willing to service it. He provided maintenance and also allowed us to pick his brain on future projects for our home, including ways to make it more efficient. Good, honest company, quality work. Dan professional isolated an issue with our HVAC inducer and got it replaced that day, after heading to the supplier for the part. He also came back afterwards to fix a drainage pipe which had been installed incorrectly. I've always appreciated Polar Bear's technicians who are skilled and reliable.Services: HVAC system repair
