You arrived within the hour, reassured my wife, Ronda, and I that you were going to take care of us, explained what needs to be done, and why, and answered all our questions. There was no pressure with your sincere communication with us during a time when one is vulnerable to be taken advantage of. The equipment was put into place, as needed, after moisture readings were taken, and you came by during the week to make adjustments with the equipment to ensure the best results. I noticed an area on my living room ceiling that looked like it could maybe be signs of water damage. I immediately researched water damage restoration and inspection techs and was lucky to find Kent Campbell. He came over the same day I called him and measured the moisture in my ceiling and the walls in the rooms above it. He told me there was no indication of any moisture and my levels were normal. He explained the area I pointed to looked as if (when my place was built 2 years ago) it had been painted over too quickly after being spackled. I was very relieved to hear this.
