He had a hip dislocated (luxation) and because of his breed (Bernese Mtn Dog) and size as well as an autoimmune disorder he was a challenging case. Dr. Dent worked with us, explained everything, gave us a plan to try to heal and surgical options. It felt very clear, honest, and I knew he had our buddy's best interest at heart. I will only use CCO in the future if my big dogs have any ortho needs!“

“We brought out ferret Franklin in for a tooth extraction and the team was absolutely amazing Dr. Stewert bates was absolutely amazing and we love how well he treats our ferrets! The nurse that came in before him was amazing too his name was Neil! He was absolutely amazing as well! I recommend this vet whole heartedly! We’ve never had an issue! Their pricing is amazing as well! Definitely recommend!

Update on Franklin we did end up having to put him down due to a tumor in his mouth but they were nothing but sweet and helpful for us during this difficult times“

“I highly recommend Northgate Animal Hospital. Dr. Bush has been caring for my geriatric Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He correctly diagnosed her heart condition, and a year later, her kidney disfunction. Although he is very busy, Dr. Bush takes time with each patient. He called me on several occasions to explain test results. His techs are also very patient and understanding. Even the receptionist is cheerful and friendly! Whenever I called with an urgent need, they were able to fit me into the schedule. I cannot thank them enough for the care that they gave my precious dog.“

“This is the only vet in town I trust, my family has been coming here for years. We had to go to an ER vet who told us our dog had to have her leg amputated but we came here for a second opinion. It turns out my dog just pulled a muscle, and knowing that the ER vet had no idea what they were talking about, I trust no one else with our dogs. “I've brought my animals here for two years. I chose this vet after looking around at various reviews and have always been satisfied with the care I recieve here, but after today I thought I just NEED to write a review.

I got a puppy from a private rescue that started showing parvo symtoms the day after we got him. They accommodated me without complaint when I asked to swap out a previously set appt for my cat to have the puppy seen instead, and were informative and gentle in letting me know that the puppy had parvo. From going over cost and estimates they were great, but the thing that blows me out of the water is how they took complete initiative to open a case on my dogs behalf with the vaccine manufacturer for a vaccine their office HAD NOT administered. Parvo treatment can be extremely expensive and they went above and beyond to make sure my dog could be treated.

otherwise, the vet techs. the vet techs here are always so great that on more than one occasion I've asked my husband if its weird to ask a vet tech at my dogs exam if she wants to hang out sometime. I've never done it because it feels inappropriate but the vet techs are always lovely.

I have two dogs with chronic health issues who have been handled with love and care. when I have forgotten refills I have never felt judged. when my animals have needed regular rechecks it has been accommodated.
Dr Ramsel (and all techs) have been patient and kind in explaining all issues and options as well as kindly idulging my 5yo and his questions when I have had to bring him with me.“

“Amazing staff. We drove our dog there from Pueblo after being told she was having a neurological issue from another vet, they told us she just ate some edibles and did not even charge us. They were so nice and knowledgeable and loving to her. He sat on the floor with her and gave her attention which helped calm her because she was scared. I definitely recommend this place.
