I called with a roof leak that was potentially covered under warranty. It turned out that the HVAC company didn’t properly seal around an exhaust pipe. Although not their responsibility and within 4 hours they arrived at my house and still sealed the open spots on the pipe free of charge.
As a business owner for the last 25 years myself, I'm fairly picky about which companies I do business with, and have pretty high expectations about how I am treated during the process.

We had Mariano and his crew come to replace our entire roof. We have a semi-large roof and they got it all done in one day and did an EXCELLENT job. Mariano stayed in touch with me from start to finish, made the process easy to understand and work with. He went above and beyond for me and I can't thank him and Total Roofing enough. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mariano and his crew. We had zero issues during the process and couldn't be happier.
