Responsiveness and willingness to make it work. They did my roof some years ago but are very happy to come out once a year and give me a status so if there is a problem we’ll be able to take care of it in time. They also help with gutters.

Total Roofing did my roof shortly after the August 2018 hailstorm on the west side of Colorado Springs. They said they could get the job done a few weeks after the storm, but recommended that we wait until mid-September when the hail season typically ends. Being a meteorologist, I agreed. I was pleased with the work they did, even though it took three days (manpower logistics between jobs in Springs and Denver). The skylight installation was good, but I did need to patch some drywall just under the window. The subcontracted gutters went well, and when I commented about there being a negative slope in one area, they came out in a timely manner and improved it. The clean-up was very good, and I only found a handful of nails afterward (there is no guarantee from any roofer that they will find them all). Bottom line, I would very much recommend Total Roofing!
