I am a regular TIDE customer and find it to be always professional in their work as well as warm and welcoming. Linda is a remarkable part of the Tide team, always meeting me with a lot of joy as she cares for all the needs that arise.
My first time utilizing this cleaner and ZERO problems! Drop off what fast and courteous. Dropped off at 2pm completed next day at 4pm, an hour before promised. AND! 1/2 the cost of anyone else in Colorado Springs.
I didn’t even get service from this place and definitely would not recommend. I tried calling to get a price and was immediately put on hold and hung up on. The second time I called I was asked to be put on hold and said I would rather not because I was already on hold and got hung up on. The female employee working didn’t care and put me on hold again and left me on the phone and never came back to the call so I had to hang up. I would hate to see how I would be treated if I actually waisted more time and money to go to the store in person. All I wanted was to ask how much to dry clean some suits.
