Spine & Sport is the best chiropractic practice ever! It’s about more than just spine adjustments, here. It’s not just in, crack, and out. They have a more holistic approach to treatment/therapy and address all contributors to your condition or injury, hard and soft tissue. There is a “mini-gym” for in-session use where appropriate. My practitioner, Dr. Jen, is a gem. She takes the time to evaluate and understand where I’m at each visit and helps with identifying and explaining stretches and exercises for homework. And she has a great sense of humor :)
I’ve been a patient for about two years and always have a positive experience. Dr. Shane really listens and recommends realistic treatment based on my needs. Thank you Carrie for always having a smile at the front desk and for making scheduling a breeze. The new facility is clean and comfortable and I always feel better after an adjustment!
