On the first cold day of fall, our furnace didn't fire up. I called The Furnace Guy and David the technician showed up in under half an hour! He was friendly and kept us informed about the situation. When he couldn't get the furnace going he called in Richard, his boss. They stayed late that evening and fixed the problem. Now our furnace works great. I'm happy that I chose this company. We'll definitely use them again.
This company is very good at their jobs, and most importantly they have integrity.
We had a situation with our AC recently. The Furnace Guy Heating and cooling came out to check it out, and did some preventative maintenance. A few weeks later we had what we thought was a minor problem and gave them a call . They returned and after they checked it all out they got us fixed up. After their diagnosis and repair, which took a while, they told us part of this issue was something they thought they should’ve caught on their first visit. On July 11th they came out expecting to replace the compressor that another company said was not working. Before replacing it they checked the system and found it was only a fix breaker that was thrown. If it had been the compressor their charge to replace it would have been much less than the other company. I have never had a company be more thorough and fair. I would recommend Furnace Guy to everyone. Thank You Very Much!!
