Terminix always alerts us by text when they are arriving, when they have arrived, when they have completed the inspection, and immediately follows up the visit with a detailed report.

Makya was the best exterminator I’ve ever had his knowledge on bugs and how to kill them was immaculate. He even helped out by placing glue traps for the mouse problem. He explained all the processes so thoroughly that even I could understand. He even gave us his personal card so we could contact him if we needed anymore assistance.
