Alex was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and answer any questions I had. He took his time to make sure each part of the house was looked at and treated where necessary.

We have had a wonderful service experience with Terminix but most importantly from our Terminix representative Cailee Brown. Now only is she incredibly knowledgeable and a subject matter expert in her line of work but she is also great with communication and always responsive to our needs. We are so thankful for Cailee and the service that she provides!

My new tech seems to be well trained and wanted to please me. Orin has been our previous tech. Who was outstanding. New tech could be the same. Problems I have had with scheduling, I hope are resolved.Services: Rodent extermination
