This team had to deliver very bad news. The team was very kind, thorough in explaining what was happening, strieght forward in offering advice and patient in letting me process and make the best decision for my dog. They made sure he was comfortable and had plenty of time with us before and as he passed. THANK YOU!
Today was my first time using Tender Care Veterinary services! My dog was injured and I was able to secure a non-emergency, regular vet appointment on a Sunday! Great communication, upfront pricing, and Dr. Sarah Abruzzini informed me of all my options in a clear and compassionate manner, while showing Romeo, my dog, plenty of love. I had an emergency with my dog as he got attack by a deer, and I didn't know what to do. My girlfriend told me that Tender Care has the best emergency centers. I called and they saw my dog right away. He was comfortable and calm with all their care. The bill was more affordable than other emergency clinics I have been to in the past. He is on the road to recovery thanks to Tender Care. 10/10 will come again.
