My family and I would like to give our my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the compassionate and professional services that we received from Swan Law/Dignity Memorial on the recent death of our beloved Mother, Mrs. Dixie Johnson. Every detail was taken care of with the greatest of care, sympathy and understanding. Thank you again for making this extremely difficult time much more easier.
When my Mom passed away suddenly we had to find a place to deal with her requested cremation and the unconventional Celebration of Life we knew she would want. I picked Swan-Law and we met with Amber. She had a great experience and advice that made this difficult time much easier on us. We had family online (we arranged to zoom the event) and they were so impressed as well. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Totally recommend Swan-Law when you need to honor your loved one.
Once we finally made contact they took good care of us. The day my mom died they said they would call us the next day,had to call 3 times and get really up in their face. Our funeral director Christian was very professional and delivered all he said he would . I would have given 5 stars but since things got off to a rocky start I just couldn't. They could have have called to say " you've not been forgotten" we will be getting back to you ".
