This place is awesome! Therapists really know how to help you. I've spent more at chiropractors and other physical therapists and gotten less in results. Jordan and Nancy are great!
This place is awesome. I wanted to finish my treatment before writing my review and today was my last regular appointment and I couldn't wait to share my experience. Someone at my church recommended Structura to me when they heard I was having continued pain after being rear-ended in a car accident. I was already trying chiropractic care and physical therapy. I didn't make enough progress so cautiously I decided to give Structura a try even though I was weary of trying something else- but I'm really glad I did. First of all, I love how they give you a little presentation when you first go in- they explain their theory in a really helpful way and that really helped me see why this was a different and smart approach. They have cool techniques of tracking your progress too with pictures and then they put your pictures into a computer program and are able to design exercises for your specific postural, pain, and mobility issues. I like that they provided me clear exercises to do at home too. This is not a relaxing treatment (at least structural body integration isn't, which is what I had- I think they offer regular massage, too, though). I sometimes explain it as "more painful and productive massage". But don't let that scare you away- it's really productive and they explain what they are doing and it makes sense. You also keep your clothes on which made me more comfortable- women wear a sports bra and workout shorts or pants. My therapist was Bryan. I adore him. He is so enthusiastic about what he is doing- passionate and energetic and he worked really hard to figure out creative things to help me feel better. He didn't give up. I found him inspiring. I also found him really thoughtful- I became such a regular client that he set the music to what I like (the Beatles) and we had conversations about the music (probably to distract me from the discomfort of the treatments) and I was truly touched by that attention to the customer/client. His wife Michelle has an awesome reputation for her work there too- I had the privilege of getting to have her as my therapist once and she was fantastic. I kind of see Michelle and Bryan as a super couple in the therapy world. :) I respect the clinic's commitment to community outreach- they volunteer at local races and at local gyms (like Cross Fit) to give treatments to athletes and teach them about mobility. The other staff seem great too. They have a clean and positive environment. It's easy to make appointments and the cost is reasonable. They have continued training and keep getting better and better. They coordinated well with my car insurance case agent too which I appreciated. I had such a good experience- I'm kind of sad to say goodbye. I truly and highly recommend Structura for treatment of posture issues, mobility issues, pain, and also for athletes who want to get better in their sports. Their approach makes sense and it makes a difference!
