We have used this company for years for our home and I have always been satisfied with their work. We just had them in for a final cleaning of our home before we move away and won't be able to use them anymore and I wish we could move them with us. Their staff are professional, friendly, and very responsive in communication. We have never had an issue with them cleaning our carpets and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality carpet/rug cleaning service.Service: Carpet & rug cleaning
I couldn't recommend Dry Steam enough! We've been using them for 5+ years and always get Neil- he's amazing! So friendly, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Our carpets always come 100% clean. Their pricing is fair. I did have a billing issue once but Dry Steam made it right and took care of it right away.
These guys did a great job with some priceless oriental rugs. My poor dog threw up on them and I called Dry Steam in a panic. They were at my house on the edge of town in an hour. They picked up the rugs and then brought them back spic and span in a couple of days.
