My mom and I called Stanley Steemer to do the carpets in our apartment, and they very quickly and easily took care of it for us. The price was very reasonable, and Brian and John were professional and polite. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer if you need carpets done, these guys know what they're doing :)
1st Review 1 Star -Just spread the urine spot out instead of removing it. This is after 48 hours and completely dry.
2nd Review - Customer Service was great they came back out and went over the area again and rinsed it better. Smell has decressed dramaticly. 4/5
