It is so important to know that your builder of choice is a highly reputable company whom you can trust to deliver you the home of your dreams, and I am so happy to have chosen Saddletree as the builder for our CO home. Their craftmanship and quality of work is so much reflected in the house we purchased from them. However, the house is the tangible aspect of it. Initially we weren’t even looking to build our next home. My career started in Colorado 40 years ago and we wanted to take a look at The Springs just to confirm that’s where we wanted to move to from out of state. We talked to most of the semi-custom home builders during our initial visit just to see if that was an option. Saddletree had the best lots in the best communities and their reputation among the real estate agents was excellent.
