Cheapest service in all soco, andthey certainly act like it, when i worked trash if I acted like these crews do I would be fired on the spot, the office lady is rude and unprofessional telling me "theres no way they left scattered they are better than that" while I pick up a whole bag that looks like it was just ripped and thrown into my driveway. Just sad really if you have other options go with them

A represented from Rocky Mountain disposal came to my house selling Rocky Mountain disposal services. The price was fair, and the rep also told me that they would take anything that I put outside extra, trash bags, and debris. Well, it's Friday, and my trash is still out here in front of my house. Although they did take the trash in toat. They left everything else behind. I called Rocky Mountain disposals office to see what was going on and to see why they didn't take my trash that the rep said they would take. After them using an excuse of not being able to get to my trash that wasn’t out on the curb, a week later of course I had 2 weeks worth of trash. They emptied the bins but the remaining trash was left. They stated it was not by the curb. Ummmm how close to the curb do you need the pile of trash when it is at the curb to begin with?!
Horrible customer service!
