I had a consultation for small claims with R&H and met with Joe Novak. Even though he knew with the amount I was owed it didn't make sense to retain them he was extremely receptive and helpful to my situation and gave me clear guidance on the best way to proceed and prepare me for the likely defense measures the company would take and how to respond! I had an excellent experience with them overall!
David was spot on and very knowledgeable about my situation with a contractor. I was able to settle out of court with the info he gave me but if I had to go to court would have proceeded with him for sure!
