This is my 2nd time going to Polo Springs since I moved back to CO in the summer of 2021. The veterinary was super friendly, & helpful. They made me feel right at home. My 2 male cats did great. They take such good care of them. I also like how they bring my cats to the back in the clinic to work on them. It keeps me calm & I don’t have to watch. Love how they give you a print out of the cost of everything before you get anything done with your pet! Answered all my questions. Recommended what I should do vs what I could wait to do later for my cats! Mine are both 16 years old so this was a general checkup to make sure they are healthy. Dr. Karen Rickett’s is just awesome. She is as so good with my dogs, took time to talk to me, and was really knowledgeable. I really appreciate her and the rest of the staff here being so accommodating and helpful.
I took my Little Pup Girl in for a toenail clipping. The wonderful tech noticed her face was swollen so asked the vet to take a peek. Dr. McIntosh saw her nearly immediately.
It’s been three days and my pup’s infection is clearing up. I am grateful to them for taking care of her so quickly. They treated her like she was their own little dog. They treated me well too, despite my being a “ helicopter” dog mom.
