An entire month being told “my doctor didn’t send through anything,” so I’m hounding my doctor about sending through medications, and finally someone who the Medical Asst speaks to magically has all the prescriptions that were “not called in.” Communication sorely lacking and now I’ve gone a month without necessary medication for no reason, since they’ve apparently had them the whole time. Usually they’re great but what a total screw up this time.

Having recently moved from NM (which has the worst healthcare I've ever experienced), Kaiser has been a great experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly phone staff. Excellent follow up. Pharmacy is 5 star! Never felt rushed or dismissed. Doctors really listen to me and are happy to answer questions thoroughly! So happy to feel truly cared for and not like an inconvenience.

Very disappointed. I pay monthly for eye care services. I went in and asked about a pair of glasses. A pair of single vision distance glasses would be $310 minimum AFTER my lens allowance. Went to Costco, great pair arriving in a week for $149. How in the world are the prices so high? I imagine hearing aids will be the same, I'll find out next month. You can bet I won't be continuing my vision care during open enrollment.
