We came to get our daughter her first fish and a man named Nick was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! He helped us go through everything we needed for the betta fish and gave us tips and tricks as well. He said he’s been working with fish for about 12 years I think it was. I highly recommend coming here and talking to Nick for any aquatic needs!!!! We can’t wait to see how our fish thrives

On a recent trip to get pet food I hit my shin on a cart that was in the isle as I menouvered to get to the item I needed. I like petco, but they have lots of metal ladders and carts and merchandise piled up in the isles. Thie is an inconvenience and a hazzard; not to mention it makes the store look very cluttered. Hitting my shin was quite painful and agrivating. I very politely mentioned it to the casier, a middle age guy whos name i believe may have been Randy. He didn't respond at all so I politely repeated my concern. He actually ignored me as if he just didn't want to hear it. Gosh I wish i got your clerks name today! (1/5/25 about 1pm) He was FANTASTIC!!! He solved two customers issues ahead of me and then he helped me resolve an issue I had very quickly. He was amazing. Friend, quick, knowledgeable. I really appreciate it. I hope he gets the praise he deserves.
