They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and because I was buying equipment to troubleshoot, they gave me a couple free power supplies that had been damaged out. Helped me install a new cooler onto my pc when it started acting up, I'm not the smartest when it comes to pc repair/installs don't understand it so it was great they could put it for me.
