“My first eye exam after a 5 year stretch. I chose Dr. Eddington based on other good reviews. Office is clean with 2 nice front desk gals. Seen on time and the Dr was very thorough and pleasant thruout the exam. He answered all my questions and spoke to me about my eye health and vision. I felt very comfortable thruout the several tests and was happy he did not pressure me to get prescription lenses when there was no need at this time. Another dr years ago talked me into getting bifocals for reading and they just gave me headaches. Dr Eddington is fine with me wearing my readers because that's really all I need at this point . I'll return in a year like suggested. Good experience.“

“These people are wonderful. They are efficient and have a low waiting time. Also the best part is as a adult medicade does not cover glasses on the exam. Abba has a program that allows you to select from a small selection of frames and then they cover your basic lenses and bifocals if needed. This was such a blessing for me. I am forever thankful for the way they took care of me and made sure I got what I needed to be able to see clearly. Thank you Abba for taking care of the less fortunate like we are paying customers.“

“Dr. Brooks is fantastic. She is professional, attentive and very caring. We move around a lot and I was a new patient here. She took care to listen to my history throughout my responses and provided helpful recommendations. She was also very patient with my questions.I originally hadn’t wanted to switch contacts but upon learning that the brand no longer provided a rebate, I called Dr. Brooks and she was quick to help. I’ll be able to trial a couple new companies now to see what my next fit will be. What’s even better is that one of the contacts that I read great things about and which I was interested in was already the one that Dr. Brooks had provided me that day.This is a small office and my appointment began promptly. If this is something you value, I would recommend this clinic! I’ve been to more eye doctors than I can count over the years and I am extremely happy with the care I received. I think it’s really special when a doctor is able to help someone so much when meeting them for the first time. It doesn’t always happen like that. “These folks really know a thing or two about the dying art of Customer Service. Dr. Maciejewski, the optometrist, took all the time needed to perform a thorough eye exam and provide an updated prescription. I'm sure she would have taken an additional 10-15 minutes if I had questions or concerns. And Morgen, the optician, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to ensure I wound up with the glasses I wanted. They both clearly love their jobs, which makes all the difference. I didn't get the name of the technician who greeted me and set up the exam room, but she was equally helpful, friendly and professional. The VA does give a wide choice of optometry services for veterans to choose from. I'll for sure be going back to Veterans Optometry Partners of America.“
