Other than a short wait for a room, and some time to see the vet as they handled an emergency situation, the staff was extremely kind and respectful with the Vet giving me and my dog plenty of time for the examination and plenty of options for treatment. I highly recommend this hospital for anyone who truly loves their animals.
I brought my elderly cat to Northgate when she took a turn for the worse, and they took great care of her. It ended up being her time to pass and I had her euthanized here as well. The staff made the experience as smooth as possible, sympathized heavily, and gave me peace of mind that she was in good hands. I received her ashes back in about a week, even with the holidays. And i even received a card in the mail signed by all the staff with kind words and condolences. I’m so grateful to have found this place through this really hard time. If you’re looking for a place where they will treat your pets with the same care they would their own, this is the place.
My son's dog had a very swollen foot from hiking. Dr. Bush was fantastic at diagnosing the issue, explained everything well, the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this Veterinarian, and he is 14 of the last independently owned Veterinarian Clinics here in Colorado.
